With Kind Folk was built because too many CSR teams were spending more time managing spreadsheets than managing impact. We thought that was backwards. So we fixed it.
Our story
Every CSR manager we spoke to had the same problem: they were running meaningful volunteering programmes, but the admin was killing them. Events in email. Tracking in Excel. Reports built from scratch every quarter. Two days of work to produce a single board summary.
And on the employee side, it was even worse. People didn’t know events existed. Sign-up was a form in an email chain. Hours weren’t logged. Impact was invisible.
We built With Kind Folk to fix both sides of that problem. A calm, organised place where volunteering programmes actually run — where events are easy to create, participation is easy to track, and impact is easy to prove.
We’re a small team. We care about the work. And we believe that when companies take volunteering seriously, the world is measurably better for it.
