Manifesto

When good people gather,
impact grows.

We believe companies can do good — genuinely.

Not as a PR exercise. Not as a way to soften bad news. Not as a tick in a box on an ESG questionnaire.

We believe that when companies make it genuinely easy for their people to volunteer, remarkable things happen. Communities get real help. Employees find meaning. Organisations discover what they’re actually capable of when they act together.

We believe the biggest barrier is admin, not intention.

Most companies we’ve worked with want to do more. Their people want to do more. The problem isn’t commitment — it’s friction. Events that are hard to organise. Participation that’s impossible to track. Reports that take days to produce.

When you remove the friction, participation follows. Every time.

We believe impact should be visible.

Unmeasured impact isn’t invisible — it’s forgotten. The people who served meals, built raised beds, mentored young people, cleaned rivers. Their work deserves to be counted. Shared. Celebrated.

We also believe measurement isn’t the point — it’s the evidence that allows more good work to happen. Boards fund what they can see. Teams scale what’s been proven. Measurement is the foundation for more impact, not the end in itself.

We believe good tools make good people more effective.

The CSR managers, HR directors, and sustainability leads using With Kind Folk are already doing important work. We’re not here to tell them what good looks like. We’re here to give them better tools so the work they’re already doing creates more impact with less effort.

We believe in kind folk.

People who show up. Who give their Saturday morning to a food bank and their Tuesday lunchtime to a mentoring session. Who build their teams’ sense of purpose around something bigger than the quarterly numbers.

Those people exist in every company. We built this platform so they have the space to gather, to act, and to see the difference they’re making — together.

We’re With Kind Folk. This is what we’re for.
