Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you'll only be charged the prorated difference.
How does the employee count work?
We count active users — people who have logged in or been invited to the platform. Archived employees don't count toward your limit.
Do you offer discounts for charities or non-profits?
Yes. We offer a 30% discount for registered charities and non-profit organisations. Contact us with proof of charity status and we'll update your account.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You'll have 30 days to export all your data in CSV format. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted from our servers.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees, ever. We want you to see value fast — most teams have their first event live within 20 minutes of signing up.
