Common questions
Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever, with no payment card required. It gives one company workspace, up to 50 employee profiles, one administrator, and up to five published opportunities a year — enough to run the complete workflow and see the value before you upgrade.
How is pricing calculated?
By employee band — the number of employees who can access your organisation’s workspace. It’s understandable, predictable, and the standard for the category. Archived employees don’t count toward your limit.
What are you NOT priced on?
We never charge based on the number of events, hours volunteered, registrations, charities supported, or your participation rate. Those metrics would make greater impact more expensive — the opposite of the point. Doing more good never costs more.
When should I upgrade from Free?
Grow is the natural next step when a free workspace reaches its sixth opportunity of the year, its 51st employee, or needs its own branding and employee-led submissions.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you’ll only be charged the prorated difference.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees, ever. Most teams have their first opportunity live within 20 minutes of signing up. Scale includes a guided onboarding call, and Enterprise includes bespoke onboarding and migration.
