Corporate Volunteering

Corporate volunteering is the practice of a company actively supporting and enabling its employees to volunteer their time and skills for charitable or community causes — typically during paid work hours. It is a core component of corporate social responsibility and is usually delivered through a structured employee volunteering programme. Activities range from hands-on team days (food banks, conservation) to skills-based volunteering (legal, finance, marketing, IT). Well-run corporate volunteering is managed with dedicated software that handles event sign-ups, participation tracking, and impact reporting against the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
