A CSR report (also called a sustainability report or impact report) is a formal document in which an organisation discloses its corporate social responsibility activities, outcomes, and future commitments. CSR reports are increasingly aligned to established frameworks such as GRI, SASB, or the UN SDGs, and may be required for compliance with ESG disclosure regulations.
